The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of food. I had en suite and new-fashioned room with a fan, ventilation plus bath and shower. The location was great and fab there, very close to beach & event.

Overall it is a newly decorated hotel and we enjoyed the stay, the location was stunning close to the seaside. The room is neat and essentials you need, including a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and television, is right there. Kind staff provides a good service. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is fab.

The room here has a fantastic view of the sea, comfy bed and armchairs, new curtains, and a kettle, plus the location is unbeatable right across from the pier and only a 5-minute walk to Fabrica.

Rooms here are fantastic, offering great sea views and equipped with double glazed windows, comfy armchairs, and fresh new curtains. the bathroom has been recently updated and there's even a Jacuzzi with proper drainage. 🌊

The location was stunning and top for walking around Sea Life Brighton Aquarium. The staff was professional and made it a brilliant experience. Enjoyed the way my standard king room was arranged with a double bed, TV, for example.

The location of the hotel was excellent and overall good value for the price however the hotel decor was in need of some improvement

This hotel is well located for the sea front and Royal Pavilion, with a decent sized bedroom and a comfortable lounge where a good sandwich lunch could be bought.

The furnishings were a bit worn - a large hole in the carpet at the door into the bathroom was mended with sticky tape. A charge was made for paying by credit or debit card - unusual? But at the off-season price I paid, still good value.

This place offers delicious and affordable breakfasts with scrambled eggs and free refills, all served in a fantastic location very near the pier with an outdoor terrace.
